We will assist our customers with these claims. Damaged item claims are handled through the shipping carrier (UPS, FedEx, USPS, DHL). International shipments should be marked as a "Merchandise Return" with a carrier that does not levy brokerage fees. This fee will be deducted from your total refund amount. For customers in the U.S.A., GritShift provides a pre-paid shipping label, which will include the RMA number on the shipping label. To return an item, please email customer service at obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Returns with ordinary wear and tear or damage caused by improper use or accidents will not be accepted. All original packaging and tags must be intact and included.
